Roxanne Guinoo Denies Rift With John Estrada

ROXANNE GUINOO denies any rift with actor John Estrada. Rumors of the two fighting sprouted when Roxanne was reportedly came late in their comedy show and John confronted her. The two then reportedly exchanged harsh words against each other.

In an interview with "Showbiz News Ngayon", Roxanne admitted that she was indeed tardy during that time but there was no confrontation that happened, especially the exchange of angry words that was reported.

"Lahat kasi ng cast dito lahat nag-a-adjust kami sa isa't isa. Wala kaming problema ni Kuya John. Super okay kami ni Kuya John. And 'yong nangyaring 'yon ay sa schedule lang 'yon, nabigyan lang ng kulay," Roxanne Guinoo explained.

After keeping silent or secretive on the true status of their relationship, Piolo Pascual has finally admitted that he is still courting KC Concepcion. This was revealed by Piolo in his interview in The Buzz last July 19.

On the next day, many are surprised when they saw Piolo and KC came together in the opening night of Cinemalaya in the Cultural Center of the Philippines or CCP. Piolo is the producer of "Manila" which is an official entry in Cinemalaya.

According to Piolo, he personally invited KC for the said event and he is very happy KC accepted Piolo's invitation.

When asked by reporters if they are now going steady, "hindi pa kami," Piolo's short answer.

Ara Mina Joins Concert For The Environment

ARA MINA joins other Kapampangan artists in a concert to gather support for the campaign to save the trees in Pampanga.

This developed after DENR secretary Lito Atienza has given permit to DPWH to cut down trees along the highway from Apalit to San Fernando, Pampanga to give way for the road's widening project.

A number of Kapampangan artists painted the trunks of the trees with a human figure with arms stretched out and around the tree trunk. But due to financial burden, they ran out of paints ans asks other artists to join their cause.

That's the time local bands including actress Ara Mina spearheaded a concert for a cause and they generated more than one thousand signatures supporting the campaign.

CARLA ABELLANA has been very excited of her debut telenovela "Rosalinda". At last, it graced the small screen yesterday with fans exciting to watch her and her leading man Geoff Eigenmann.

Expectations were high, since the original Rosalinda topbilled by Thalia was one of the highest rated Mexican telenovela in the Philippines. The Carla and Rosalinda didn't meet the expectations. The show garnered only 26.7 percent in the TV ratings by AGB Mega Manila households. It ranked 6th overall the primetime shows, not really a good showing for a program expected to grab the leadership in ratings.

But that's only the initial episode. Let's wait for more days then we'll judge if Carla Abellana is just a hype.
