Angel Locsin in the Emmy's

Angel Locsin is currently in New York City for the 37th International Emmy's Awards night. Angel is the only representative from the Philippines for the prestigious awards giving body. She was selected as one of the finalists in the Best Performance by an Actress category in her superb performance in "Lobo".

Angel is against the best actresses of the world who came from Mexico, France and others. It was reported that Angel asked her leading man in "Lobo" Piolo Pascual to accompany her in the red carpet but Piolo begged off because of his commitment in "Lovers In Paris" with KC Conception.

Head & Shoulders vs Clear Shampoo

I just notice this "TV Commercial" wars and the latest war going on today is the shampoo commercials. Head & Shoulders have Manny Pacquiao in their latest commercial (see video below).

After some days, Clear Shampoo also released their latest commercial having Piolo Pascual, Jericho Rosales and Dingdong Dantes doing some movie action stunts (see video below).

I just do not know the statistics how those commercials are doing in terms of ROI for both products. The companies won't surely release the figures.

I just remember the Belo vs Calayan issue earlier this year involving Boy Abunda. I just want to borrow their "tag line" during their war in this new war:

"If you want to look like Manny Pacquiao, use Head & Shoulders. But if you want to look like Piolo, Jericho or Dingdong, use Clear Shampoo"

Piolo Pascual Is Still Courting KC Concepcion

After keeping silent or secretive on the true status of their relationship, Piolo Pascual has finally admitted that he is still courting KC Concepcion. This was revealed by Piolo in his interview in The Buzz last July 19.

On the next day, many are surprised when they saw Piolo and KC came together in the opening night of Cinemalaya in the Cultural Center of the Philippines or CCP. Piolo is the producer of "Manila" which is an official entry in Cinemalaya.

According to Piolo, he personally invited KC for the said event and he is very happy KC accepted Piolo's invitation.

When asked by reporters if they are now going steady, "hindi pa kami," Piolo's short answer.

Piolo Pascual Admits Courting KC Concepcion

Piolo Pascual admits he is courting KC Concepcion again. He further admitted visiting KC in her home and sending her chocolates and roses. He even jokes "Chocolates make a girl fat".

"Nanliligaw ako, matagal na, traditional po ako manligaw." Piolo said in an ambush interview.

Piolo also confessed that during one of his visits, KC's mom Megastar Sharon cuneta saw him.

But Piolo wants to make it clear that this development in his relationship with KC is not only for the promotion of their upcoming TV show "Lovers In Paris".
