Andi Eigenmann is Rocking the Boat

Andi Eigenmann became an instant celebrity when she was announced by ABS-CBN to take the lead role in their latest primetime offering "Agua Bendita". She was relatively unknown to many until then.

But prior to her assignment as Agua Bendita, Andi already appeared in various Kapamilya and Kapuso shows. Those short roles she had were very helpful in honing her into a better actress and this was noticed by ABS-CBN bigwigs and gave her the lead role in "Agua Bendita".

She has been compared to actress Angel Locsin since they have similarities physically. But Andi want to make it sure that she's not only the Angel Locsin look-alike but a good actress of her generation.

As it was reported earlier, Angel Locsin was nominated in the 37th International Emmy Awards this year. Angel was the only representative of the Philippines for the said awards night. Below is the picture of Angel in the red carpet of the Emmy's.

Angel Locsin is currently in New York City for the 37th International Emmy's Awards night. Angel is the only representative from the Philippines for the prestigious awards giving body. She was selected as one of the finalists in the Best Performance by an Actress category in her superb performance in "Lobo".

Angel is against the best actresses of the world who came from Mexico, France and others. It was reported that Angel asked her leading man in "Lobo" Piolo Pascual to accompany her in the red carpet but Piolo begged off because of his commitment in "Lovers In Paris" with KC Conception.

Angel Locsin and Aga Muhlach In A New Movie

Angel Locsin and Aga Muhlach are scheduled to do a movie next year. This was revealed by Aga himself in the shooting of his upcoming movie with Regine Velasquez "Of All The Things". The said movie has no final title yet but it said to be directed by premiere director Olive Lamasan.

According to Aga, his movie with Angel was suposed to come first before his movie with Regine but with some changes to the concept of the movie, it was moved to a later date.

Ini a separate interview with Angel Locsin, she said; "Mga January pa ata ang simula ng shooting. Kai si kuya Aga, mayroon pa siyang movie with ate Regine, so siyempre hihintayin pa muna yon."

A lot of Angel's fans are very excited for this project while waiting for the final result of the Emmys awards where she was nominated.
